As stipulated in Leg. 196/2003 every person has the right to protect themselves against the misuse of their private identity and protect themselves against the misuse of personal data. Silverfield S.r.l. fully complies with these provisions. Personal information (such as: first name, last name, e-mail, telephone, address, etc…) will be treated as strictly confidential, and will not be given or sent to third parties. In close cooperation with our web service provider, and of online reservation services, we take every possible preventive measure to protect the database from access, deletion, loss, misuse, and forgery by unknown parties. The person responsible for the processing of personal data is Silverfield S.r.l.
In connection with the above, your personal data will be disclosed as necessary:
To public administrations and authorities where required by law;
to credit institutions with which Silverfield S.r.l. maintains relationships for payment processing;
to all such legal and/or physical persons, all public and/or private institutions ( law firms, administrative and tax consulting firms, judicial offices, chamber of commerce, etc…) when necessary or functional for the fulfillment of the activity of Silverfield S.r.l. in accordance with the above mentioned principles.
The Guest expressly consents to Silverfield S.r.l. collecting, processing, communicating his/her personal data for the purpose of the execution of this contract. The Guest also allows Silverfield S.r.l. the use of personal data collected in order to carry out the activity of analysis of consumer choices and habits in order to improve the offer of services in subsequent stays. Personal data may also be processed for prize operations and customer loyalty programs.
Cookies
In certain cases we make use of so-called cookies: text files stored on your PC that allow analysis of website usage. You can set your browser to display a warning message before saving a cookie. You can also opt out of the benefits given by personal cookies. Then you will not have the ability to use certain services.
E-mails / E-newsletters
Mailing and/or newsletters from Silverfield S.r.l. will be sent only with your consent. You can opt out of receiving further communications at any time.
Market research
To continuously improve the quality of services provided, Silverfield s.r.l. conducts electronic surveys among its customers. If you do not wish to participate, you can request to be excluded from the surveys by sending an email to info@silverfield.com.

Applicable law and legal venue
Italian law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction to settle disputes is Florence.
